Born in South America and raised in the world, Agustina is the creator of ABreathwork. 

Through a very rich personal experience, years of travelling, and inner exploration, Agustina uses the breath as a primary tool to connect us back to our hearts—our pure essence as human beings.


Agustina believes there is no need to go out looking for medicine; instead, one should go within and find the root of one's struggles.

Breathe I course is designed to help you achieve balance and improve your health. By learning how to breathe properly, you will calm your system down, resulting in better sleep and a clearer mind. It is a six-week breathwork journey for health and well-being. 

Breathe II

Breathe II is a guide to better health and wellbeing. We will explore how your breath connects to asthma, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and low energy levels. You will learn transformational breathing techniques to overcome health conditions and discover the incredible potential of your own breath through an eight-week personalised breath program.

Breathe III

Breathwork has transformative power, and with Breath III, you will be guided to fully tap into its potential. Agustina's personalised sessions are lovingly crafted to nurture your unique needs and are designed to help you achieve your health goals. This is A 60-min breathwork session guided by Agustina.
