This is a six-week journey where your breath will help you decrease symptoms of anxiety, asthma, sinusitis, depression, and stress. It is designed as a first step to discover the benefits of conscious breathing and to correct breathing habits - a key aspect for optimal health. This course includes six video calls with AB.
